National Workplace Lawyers is recruiting for a highly experienced and strategic senior lawyer with a transferable workplace law practice and a proven ability in providing the highest quality advice and representation for employer clients. We are hiring in order to grow our practice and the position will be supported by two Associate Solicitors and one Partner.
Our firm is a boutique workplace law practice. We represent both national and multi-national employer clients as well as SME's and senior executives. You will be expected to 'hit the ground running', be able to work autonomously and be up-to-date in all aspects of workplace law. Our clients count on us to be relevant, practical, strategic and commercial. The successful candidate must have proven industrial law experience including in the drafting, negotiation and lodgement of enterprise agreements, the representation of employers in industrial disputes, unfair dismissal conciliations and arbitrations and representation in general protections matters.
The successful candidate will have not less than five years post admission experience in a workplace law practice. Pre or post admission experience in an employer association is desirable.
We are flexible on the position - be it Senior Associate, Special Counsel or Partner, as long as the candidate is an exceptional workplace lawyer with their own transferable clients.
