Jimmy is admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of NSW.
During his time with National Workplace Lawyers, Jimmy has provided legal to a wide range of employers predominately in the manufacturing, building and construction, financial services, transport and social and community services industries. Jimmy also regularly represents clients in court and industrial tribunal proceedings.
Prior to joining National Workplace Lawyers, Jimmy was an associate to a presidential member of the Fair Work Commission. It is there that he developed a strong interest in workplace relations and workplace law.
As an associate, Jimmy worked on the whole spectrum of Commission matters - from unfair dismissals and general protections to modern awards reviews and large-scale industrial disputes. He also has a comprehensive knowledge of procedural issues that arise under workplace relations legislation and procedures relevant to matters before the Commission.
Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws.
